There are no such thing as "good" pirates- Tashigi firmly believes this. She also will do anything to save her home that's suffering from a mysterious outbreak, even if it means disregarding orders. So no, she doesn't believe the Straw Hats are good. But she will tolerate their- his- presence if it's her only shot at finding the truth.
She just has to make it to Rieno without strangling her green-haired nemesis.
