Alexandra Moon is not a normal werewolf. She is a Lycan, a direct descendent of the Moongoddess. A stronger, much more powerful form of werewolf. But she is a rouge and spends her life on the run. Though she likes it that way, she hasn't had a good interaction with a werewolf in her entire life and this was all due to The Lycan Curse.
A long time ago, wolves seeked the aid of witches to help banish a lycan who brought terror and destruction to their land. The witches cursed all lycans to forever be alone without a mate or a pack to prevent them from causing destruction.
Alex understood what her life meant when she was old enough to understand what she was. She was hunted everywhere she went and she knew why. It is believed that a lycan's blood can make you stronger and grant you powers, although that has never been proven.
Alex lives her days as rouge and rarely shifts to stay unidentified. That is until she passed through a certain pack's borders, where she finds the mate she wasn't supposed to have and not to mention deeper and much more dangerous secrets about herself.
