Standing by her door He thumped the door.
"Voight you in there" He shouted.
No answer.
"Right I'm done messing" Hank sighed before shoulder barging the door taking it off the hinges.
"Chicago P.D" He shouted through the house.
"Clear" Lindsay shouted.
Walking into the living room with his gun raised he chocked back tears.
The place was smashed, there was obvious a struggle.
"Hold up guys I got blood" He shouted.
Voight and Ruzek go way bank. A friendship that had formed in the kindergarten playground had stood the test of time so far. Through getting through police academy to the daily life in intelligence. Their friendship was fire.
But since the day Heather Voight was kidnapped. Adam Ruzek started to question whether he should come clean about his feelings.

I know I have two unfinished stories and I'm starting yet another. Please forgive me, I'm stuck in a fog with those two and this idea has been kicking around in my head for about a week. It's going to be dark, much darker than what I normally write. I've also outlined it more than I have ever done with my other stories. Usually, I just write it as I go (which explains frequent episodes of writers block) and never really know for sure where the story will end up. This time I'm making sure I get it right. Now for what this is about. Of course it's Burzek! Though, it takes place during the beginning of their relationship and they are keeping it on the 'DL', that's about it as far as it being similar to the show. Fair warning, the language will be harsh and there will be violence and it may be hard to read. That's all I'm giving you, you'll have to read it....
