In the wake of her Mam's death, Krystal Monarain has turned to escapism, throwing herself into the fantastic stories she was told as a child and the strange, recurring dreams she has at night. She tells us that we are magicians too! And then (*dramatic drum roll*).....The......quest begins. There is a home land of magicians. M-O-N-A-S-T-A-S-I-A It's a whole new planet between Earth and Mars. The planet was destroyed ages ago by a group of people which we have to bring back in 5 days, else it's pieces will crash on Earth and destroy the humanity completely. And the weirdness doesn't end here. We have to defeat a 'Dark Lord' too. He was a maniacal god who became a magician with the help of another magician. We have to kill him because if we don't then, he would kill us, which doesn't sound nice (and is a bit confusing) (*wink*). *** This is the first book of Monastasia series. The next book is "The Chained Goddess". The prequel is "Becoming A Grey Villainess". This is my first book and it may have some grammatical errors.
