It was small in terms of its geographical borders but its population was vast and ever increasing, with the agricultural production (for that was the main means of livelihood) flourishing and growing leaps and bounds. It was not a young Land- it had lasted centuries upon centuries, and was ruled by a caring and clever Queen and her kind and benevolent King- but, due to some international worry, it needed the protection of a larger and stronger land. Naturally, the most reasonable thought to secure this protection the King and Queen had was that of a marriage alliance- for, that would guarantee protection and security for years and hopefully generations to follow. It's almost time to start the coronation ceremony." Peter smiled at us. We all started to giggle and help each other with finishing details. I hurried to out on my gold cloak to match my green dress. Peter and I matched perfectly with each other. Lucy and Susan hurried to put on their flats and Edmund was messing with his hair in the mirror. I sighed, helping my younger brother with his dark hair. He smiled thankfully at me. Peter gave me a worried glance when he began getting confused with the emblem holding his cloak on his shoulders. I chuckled before helping my twin. "You are all a mess." I sighed. "Yes, but you always know how to clean us up." Peter smirked at me. -------
