neal burke, named after the late and great con-artist and his father's best friend neal caffrey, seems to take after his namesake. with his father's investigative skills and his mother's flirting skills, he's a natural at convincing people and getting into trouble.
when he begins to ask his father more about the first neal, his father seems to draw back. neal was told that neal caffrey was shot and died, but he suspects there's more to the story than meets the eye.
curiosity turns into sneaking and secrets, and soon things go farther than neal had ever imagined.
