Then there was a larger folder labeled Madison Elizabeth  Mitchell.  I took the folder from its  slot and took it to my room. I opened the folder and saw papers that changed my life. 

They were adoption papers. My adoptions papers. This made more sense, why my 'parents' hated me so much, why I was never invited to family events. But why would they lie to me about this? They hated me so much why wouldn't the just rub it in my face that I wasn't really related to them?

They were taken out of their custody and were about to be taken into the system until a few caring doctors stepped up and decided against that. Harrison and Glenda Carson had 16 kids. Each kid had one kid of their own and sadly all 16 of Glenda and Harrison's kids along with their spouses passed away leaving their grand kids with them. It wasn't very long into living with them that they quickly became abusive which led to the kids being taken away, but thankfully, and because of some doctors, all of the cousins are still able to see each other. They are all the same age. Obviously some characters fates have changed and they are with other people, but they still have all the kids they have in the show, plus more. This doesn't follow the story line. I do not own the story lines that grey's has already set up and I do not own the characters, just the kids that I made up. The kids are all home schooled so they spend a lot of their time in the hospital. Read to follow along the journey of the Carson Cousins. There will be chapters about the other siblings too, because I realized that I only get like 4-8 chapters out of this lol.
