Amanda Beckett knew the battle wasn't over, but she wasn't ready to fight again.
Jack Darby searched for more, but he didn't know what he was looking for.
Miko Nakadai didn't want the adventure to end, but she didn't know the risks.
Rafael Esquivel knew he was lost, but he didn't know where to go.
Finn Ryen wasn't ready to lose his team, but he knew he couldn't keep them for much longer.
A year after the Autobots left Earth, the five teens of Team Prime find themselves at crossroads. While Amanda, Miko, and Jack try to figure out what they want to do after high school, Finn and Raf's fear of losing their team grows. With the Autobots living their lives on Cybertron, the humans of Team Prime struggle to find their place in the new world where their expertise aren't needed.
But, a new threat looms over Earth, one that will challenge each member of Team Prime in a way they've never seen before, a stark reminder of how intertwined Earth and Cybertron truly are. The team will be forced to rise to meet this new threat, or die trying to save their home.

The sequel to 'Scars Don't Heal - Transformers Prime'. Amanda Beckett had changed. She became a leader, a friend, and something she never imagined. Jack Darby knew where he belonged. Only beside the Autobots did he find his purpose. Miko Nakadai found her place. Alongside friends and allies, she knew what she had to do. Rafael Esquivel was himself. He finally had somewhere where he could do what he's best at. Finn Ryen stood by his allies. He had his job, but this was all becoming something more. These five teens were brought together by the Autobot-Decepticon conflict that still raged on, even after Cybertron went dark. They know they're in danger and what their involvement means to their safety, but none can stop because the world needs them. Team Prime faces more challenges than ever, with the evil Decepticons watching and fighting them at every turn, forcing the team to take risks they never had to before. Alias is an unusual girl. She doesn't remember who she was when she was younger, her first memory was as a 6 year old, stumbling through the woods into an old abandoned barn, wounded and weak. This is where she meets the equally confused Cybertronian, who she named Nickname. As they grow up and learn about the world around them, they realize that the world is a horrible place. And while Nickname has the Decepticons chasing him, Alias has a group of human sized metal warriors that seem endless and relentless chasing her. (Later revealed by Ratchet as power hunters from early Cybertron.) Oh, and did she mention her metal wings? No, oh well... Once they meet the Autobots though, they seem to have found their peace, until they decide to help the Autobots of course. I mean, after Alias tries to kill them. Megatron isn't a very nice fellow per usual, and he had already stumbled upon the bounty hunters chasing Alias and claimed himself their lord and master.Complete

Amelia Moore is Raf's babysitter since she was thirteen and has known Raf for three years. She is known to be cold and angry at everyone at Memorial High School but since she was babysitting Raf, he got to know the real Amelia behind her angry facade. On the very same day Amelia met the autobots her mother was kidnapped! Will Amelia find her mother with her new found friends and let people into her walled off heart? When the truths hit hard, and all the lies shatter into small pieces of glass. Erin learns the truth about herself. How she had gotten mute and how and why she was existing in the first place. Raf, Jack, Erin and Miko realize they were destined for something. The regeneration of Cybertron. For that to happen, the autobots travel across the world to search for relics of the Thirteen Primes. Things change when the autobots encounter a new member. One who has lost her friends and has crash landed on Earth. After much hesitation, she is accepted into the autobot's fold. A day comes when two of the autobots, Bulkhead and Wheeljack, gets into deep trouble and almost dies. That's when Erin comes in, using her key to save them and preventing more losses and more grief amongst the autobots. When she uses her key, however, it unlocks a door, allowing a foe to enter their world. This foe, however, is not their usual common enemy. This foe has history going deep and deep, all the way back to the Primes. They are here to wreck chaos upon the world. To use humanity as slavery. And to accomplish that, they would require power greater than mere technology. Where will they obtain this power? Who will they obtain it from? Who is this foe? Will Cybertron finally be saved?
