Red And The Wolf

Inadvertently, the wolf soon understood that their fixation with the hedgehog in red wasn't merely fascination which grew into something more...intimate. The wolf became infatuated. Hopelessly, passionately, and foolishly in love.

Sonic knows what danger is. Most of his life he's lived in it during his adventures - which is why he doesn't feel threatened or scared in Mephiles' presence. How could he when he's been nothing but kind and sweet to the blue hero?

If anything, Sonic wishes that his friends would understand this.
