Izuku Midoriya was a quirkless boy born in a world where 80% of the population had quirks. After getting beaten savagely by his former best friend, Izuku was saved by his idol All Might. Only to be told he could never become a hero. Izuku slowly declined and decided not to trust anyone. Unknown to Izuku, someone was listening to him.
*So this is going to be a Dragon Ball/My Hero Academia cross over. Don't own any of these series and only writing this for fun.

Izuku Midoriya was bullied and looked upon as a waste of space for the majority of his life. It only got worse when everyone found out that he was quirkless. From then on the kind-hearted soul started to turn dark. He was given a chance to redeem himself and with this chance he plans to make Bakugo suffer the same way he made him suffer. Izuku Midoriya was one of the students that were participate into civil war game that Nezu came up with. However Izuku was chosen to be the villain. Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him. They thought he was the UA traitor and put him through a lot only because of his love for quirks and his hobby to analyze and write them down. As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live. However what he found himself into was not the infirmary of UA or heaven, no he found himself in the body of his past self in a different world where everything was still open for him. He quickly find out that this was not his past since he now had a loving mother and memories of his past 14 years in a 13 year old body.
