so basically Shigaraki gets his soul trapped in a lake because he drowned himself in the lake and he DESPRATELY wants to get out but the only way to get out is for someone else to drown in the lake and for Shigaraki he lives in the person that drowned in the lakes body, while the person that drowned in the lake will live in the after life. Shigaraki meets Touya Todoroki, a enigma to Shigaraki, After a while Shigaraki realizes that he can manipulate Touya  into drowning himself in the lake and well.. you will have to read the book to find out!

PS no one in this book has quirks besides Shigaraki
