An ancient god awakens in a strange and unfamiliar world after being lost and forgotten in the darkest void of existence. His supposedly immortal body had withered and cracked, leaving his consciousness stranded in a limbo until it found a new home in a mortal's body.
After realizing that he has lost his immortality and must now find a way to restore it, he sets out into the strange new world that he himself helped form and nurture to find something, anything, to help him. What the he didn't expect, was that he'd have a companion with him, or well... He'd be a part of that companion.
Now the god has no choice but to not only struggle for survival but also protect the mortal body he now possesses. Who knows if the new gods even appreciate his return. Will they attempt to stop him? Will they aid him? Do they even remember him?
Together with his new companion the god shall traverse the world, encounter new people and cultures, explore the land he once created with his very own hands, and rise to immortality to take his rightful place on the godly throne, sitting long forgotten on the Ancient plains.
