It could've just been the sunrays, but it looked as if it was radiating a warm, gentle aura that promised protection. Like a king, taking his people under his wing. Putting them, before himself. "

Cody is tired. His home is chaotic, school is boring, and his "friends" are no good. One day, he stumbles, literally, over a boy he has seen around, but never really talked to. His name is Damien. 

Damien is a tall boy with a gentle soul and an unhealthy obsession with sushi. He is also openly gay.
