(Y/N) is a huge fan of the "Moomin" franchise. They read the books and comics, watch the television adaptations, and collect "Moomin" merchandise. Their favorite character is the philosophical vagabond Snufkin, who appeals to (Y/N) with his charming wit and thoughtful wisdom.
One day, at the beach, they are lost at sea to a rip tide, meeting the same fate as their sister. Instead of going missing or drowning, they wake up on a beach- in Moomin Valley, and being saved by Moomin and Snufkin!
(Y/N) has no idea how they got there, or how they'll get home. But before they can even say "uh oh, Stinky," they find themselves more in love with Snufkin than ever.
Now (Y/N) must choose: to stay in this fantasy paradise, or to go home to their beloved family?

Sollux was by the ocean, sitting on the dock one day. He doesn't really have the greatest life on land, he was fired from his job, he needed money to pay rent for his apartment, he didn't have many friends, and things just didn't work out for him anymore. As he gets up to leave from the dock, he falls into the ocean, but then he's saved by some mystery person and when he finds out it was a merman who saved him, he becomes great friends with him and finds out that his name is Eridan. But then, Eridan's father disapproves of their friendship and does something horrible. Sollux then finds Eridan with tons of cuts and bruises all over him, on the beach and helps him out. He does all of this while keeping him secret from everyone else except for his best friend, Karkat. After some time, he realizes that he can't stay on land if he wants to keep Eridan safe. Sollux will have to choose whether to stay on land and look for a different way to help him, or to become a merman himself and live in the water for the rest of his life.
