sad poems about life from a teenage girl with anxiety, fear. adhd, and and a weird messed up mind. I'm not sure how to say what I want, so I put my words into poems. please note that when you read my poetry you re literally stepping into my thoughts.please don't judge if it's bad or if it doesn't make sense to you, because it makes sense to me. this poetry is for me to release my thoughts not for you to judge. I hope you find a poem or two you can relate to so you know you're not alone. I love you. thank you

Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete

Blue Hearts 2k16 (My Collection of Poems And Short Stories)
This is a collection of some poems and short stories that I've written. This was actually an assignment in class, but I thought I wanted to share it with everybody. (I'm really sorry, I'm not very good with writing poems and I can only write in repetition.)
