deku is hosting a Halloween party deku invites all of class 1-A. deku announced it would be a costume party.todoroki does go but the entire time he's by deku's side. after about an hour in deku realizes there is something weird about todoroki especially tonight. deku starts to investigate finding out that todoroki has a crush on him. kacchan tries to stop todoroki's surprise for deku.
