Red light vigilantes

This is a side story to Shadowdragon157's story "My Hero Tale" Meaning that these events are all pretty much canon but don't mess with the main plot unless they say otherwise. I asked they said it works.

The country of Japan home to some of the most famous hero schools such as Fairy U.A and hero agency's such as the rider girls but this is a story about the illegal brand of heroes that the media would have you believe are almost no better then villains. Vigilantes what once the starting point for heroes has now become a activity where you can be punished for doing the same as the heroes themselves where gaining fame ends up getting you a wanted poster and request on a guild board for your arrest. Now time to see how bad is it really?
