This is a side story to Shadowdragon157's story "My Hero Tale" Meaning that these events are all pretty much canon but don't mess with the main plot unless they say otherwise. I asked they said it works.
The country of Japan home to some of the most famous hero schools such as Fairy U.A and hero agency's such as the rider girls but this is a story about the illegal brand of heroes that the media would have you believe are almost no better then villains. Vigilantes what once the starting point for heroes has now become a activity where you can be punished for doing the same as the heroes themselves where gaining fame ends up getting you a wanted poster and request on a guild board for your arrest. Now time to see how bad is it really?

With one that has the goal of protecting them both while the other follows his sister, they're on their way to be heroes together. Soon, everything begins to go downhill as Kanetsu and Mizu continue falling down a hole of trouble. Them and the people they've befriended at the school soon need to figure out how to defend themselves...while having to defend others. ----------------------- WARNING! This story is pretty heavy and gets more dark in later chapters. If you are sensitive to multiple dark themes which will usually be named at the beginning of that chapter, this story is most likely not for you. We all know my hero academia, with the quirks and everything but what if riders existed as well? Yaku L/n had always admired Heroes and Kamen riders especially Geats. He always wanted to be like them, to help people in need, he wanted to be a hero. Because of that dream, even after he was diagnosed as quirkless, even after the bullying he had received due to his name, even after being told that he can't be a hero nor a Kamen rider as only a few become one, he still chased after his dream, determined to achieve that dream and with the help of his family he thought he would. After his father Ace L/n had revealed to him and his brother, Akira L/n, that he was Geats and that he wanted to give both of them Desire Drivers, which would allow them to henshin into Kamen Rider Tycoon (Yaku) and Kamen Rider Na-Go (Akira), began training together. After some time passed, at the age of 15, both of them applied for U.A high and they made it, in the same class in fact, which was 1-A. (Mineta isn't a thing in this story). Along the way they meet alot of people like Aozora Akari who was a fellow kamen rider, she was called Kamen Rider PunkJack. Everyone got along and lived happy lives, Yaku was the happiest since he achieved something that was thought to never be possible, a quirkless person going to U.A. high... When Nabu Island's one and only hero retries, someone else starts taking over. Someone just known as the Samurai of Nobu Island. And old myth come to life. Taking care of the truly bad things and training to become something more powerful. Soon enough, UA High sends a class of student heroes and things start to get complicated for the Samurai. On the other hand, a student who graduated from college already and is only sixteen is taking care of the residents another way. Babysitting the Shimano siblings, selling medical supplies you can only get from the mainland and gettign money by selling things to the vacationers from the mainland by selling things you can only get on the mainland at her store. She does everything she can to do the right thing, even if she can't do much. When she meets a hero with good morals, she decides she wants to help him out. He's not running around wasting his energy on small things. He knows that these people won't get anywhere if they can't do simple things on their own. Nobu Island is filled with all sorts of wonders, but they're trapped. What's to happen when the only heroes on the island are children? Villains decide it's a good place to take over.Complete

It's not bad to dream......just make sure it is realistic. Izuku always wanted to be a hero, but in a world where 80% of the population have 'quirks' no one believes it is possible due to being apart of the unfortunate 20%. If he can't be a hero then become a vigilante. Wait! All Might just offered his quirk! Wait! I got into UA! Maybe I can become a hero........ but I'm already a vigilante.......
