Prince Virgil's life is complicated enough. He already has to balance his royal duties, a long succession of prospective brides, and a monsterous secret that threatens the security of his entire kingdom. Now he also needs to prevent a war. The only way to do that? Somehow convince the prince of his kingdom's sworn enemy to marry him. Prince Roman, however, has found another way to avoid the conflict that he believes to be superior: slaying the infamous Midnight Dragon. When he swears to kill the beast in front of a disguised Virgil, whom he believes to be a simple peasant, he unknowingly binds his promise to the Midnight Dragon himself. The two princes share one thing in common: their fates were determined long ago by their parents. They've both found a way to seize their own destiny, but this may lead to unintended, deadly consequences. At the crossroads between love and hate, peace and war, life and death, the two princes' choices will decide whether one's oath or the other's curse will break first.

*Completed* Virgil doesn't know it, but he's the son of Lucifer. After his caring mother is killed in a horrible car crash that should have killed Virgil as well, his father realizes that Heavens angels are trying to send Virgil back to Hell despite him not doing anything bad. Virgil is sent to his Uncle Patton's place to live and goes to a new school. There he meets an annoying kid who somehow befriends him, but little does he know the kid was sent by his father to protect him. The religious parts of this story is based loosely (very loosely) around christianity. Pairings will be prinxiety, logicality, and demus, if it's not your jam that's fine you don't need to read. There will be trigger warnings at the beginning of every chapter that will include cursing, death and blood. Boy x Boy. If you don't like this kinda stuff then don't read it. Only rated mature for foul language, a lot of cursing, blood, gore, violence, mentions of self harm, abuse, and other deep topics. If this makes you uncomfortable or triggers you then don't read it! Virgil is a poor peasant under the curse of an evil warlock who only goes by the name Deceit. Roman, the young and popular dashing king is lonely and is in search of a queen or king. The two bump into each other on accident and worlds collide between the two. Roman suddenly feels like he has company and Virgil has a new feeling he can't describe. When Virgil's master finds out it only brings hell for the star-cross lovers with a curse and a whole lot of trouble standing in the way between the two. Disclaimer: I don't own any of Sanders sides characters, they all belong to Thomas Sanders, I don't own the very little art in here, or the songs I use, OR any of the photos I found on safari... all that's mine is the story plot. Hold On (Book 1 of It's Not Over)
[Completed] Sanders Sides human au fanfic. Twin brothers Virgil and Patton Novas have moved around a lot thanks to their father's job. From their father's home country, and their birth place, of Cabo Verde to their mother's country of birth, Ireland. From Ireland to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts to Arizona. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. Virgil has to convince his twin brother and their dad that, despite his terrible migraines and sometimes crippling anxiety, he won't go down the same road as his mother. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life. How hard can the next nine months be? All he has to do is hold on and convince his new best friend to do the same. I do not own the characters Virgil, Patton, Roman, Remus, Deceit, Remy, or Emile Picani. They belong to the awesome, amazingly talented cinnamon roll that is Thomas Sanders. I also don't like 99% of the music and song lyrics that will make an appearance in this book. I am, however, the proud owner of the hyperactive muse (by the name of Orion who makes an appearance in here) that spawned this story into existence when he was supposed to be helping me work on my other two fan fictions and three original works. Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together.
