You live your life as an average person living in Castile until you get your mail for the day. In your hands is an invitation to Prince Roman's dress-up party. Such a mature prince. For some odd reason, you feel the party is calling your name even though everyone in the town was invited.
After being personally escorted by the prince himself, you can't take your eyes off him. The rest of the night is a story yet to be told.

When Virgil lifted his head from his hands, he locked eyes with Princey. He looked shocked and afraid and a million other emotions that swirled together in a jumble of curiosity and confusion. Virgil calmed the panic in his brain quickly enough to stand. "I-I'm just going to-to go..." he whispered, suddenly more interested in his feet than Roman's face. He made his way to the door a few feet away, ignoring the sound of movement behind him. "Virgil, wait!" Roman grabbed onto his wrists, stopping him. Instantly, the anxiety bubbled up inside of him and Virgil's hand began to shake. "Please let me go..." He mumbled, the sound barely audible, even in the uncomfortable silence that hung in the room like smog. "Virge-" "Please..." A single tear dropped from one of his eyes as he squeezed them both shut as tight as he could. Slowly, Roman's grip loosened and Virgil reached for the doorknob, slipping out of the room and into the safety of his own. ATTENTION: This book is undergoing editing. He'll have to do that with the help of the new stable boy that was brought in to teach the other stable workers how to maintain the magnificent winged beasts, who unfortunately hates royalty.
