I strongly recommend finishing reading/watching at least the anime and manga (webcomic would help too) (not only because it's a great series) but it would help you understand the timeline and plot better.

Description:

Atsushi Kouki is a young man with esper abilities and a self-proclaimed monster for a best friend.

He wishes the best for his childhood bestie but his empathetic personality often gets in the way when he wants to join him.

But as Kouki will prove eventually to Garou, brute force and terror aren't the only ways to unite the world.

Join Kouki as he meets familiar faces and attempts to change not only the fate of Garou but the relations between monster and humankind for the better.

Hello! Thanks for coming and reading the rewritten version!

This version is much more slow burn but just as fluffy and sweet as the last one. There will be many more characters and I hope I do a better job of developing Kouki Atsushi's (formerly Angelo Nakagawa's) personality and story this time around!

I also calculated years and whatnot to make sure the plot follows the canon even closer (minus all the added backstories and ending). 

I'm really excited to rewrite this series and I think you guys will really like it!
