Gakushuu Asano and Karma Akabane were best friends all throughout their childhood, until Karma started behaving like a delinquent and Gakushuu, being more and more convicted by his father on how he didn't need someone like Karma dragging him down, ended their friendship.
Middle school, with Karma finally transferring to E-Class, and growing closer to a certain blunette, as well as dragging E-Class out of the gutter, Gakushuu feels old feelings threatening to resurface.
"Me and Mr.Uptight? Like that will ever happen, Nagisa," Karma snickered.
"Akabane and I," Gakushuu asked incredulously. "Mr. Principal, you're sense of humor is astonishing."
