Anna and Budgie's elder brother Chuck has been born with a spectacular talent: Not only does he have a top notch singing voice but he is also a great tap dancer. However, not everyone thinks Chuck's talent is perfect. Plus, with a mystery about disappearing helicopter parts and cargo going around, it's up to Chuck, Budgie and Anna to solve it with help from some new friends.
