Is Marinette willing to give up all her hopes and dreams to become the next guardian of the miraculous or will she completely turn her back to all of it, meaning to forget everything that happened during the last two years? Or is there a third possibility? Will she stay with Luka or finally get with Adrien?
This story starts shortly after Miracle Queen, I just let those three years pass in between, like it should've been by now.
(In fact, if Marinette's Zodiac is really the snake, she must've been born in 2001, and would be 18 right now, but let's pretend, it was still 2017 when miracle Queen took place.)

"CHAT NOIR" He reaches for the peacock miraculous but because he's distracted, he gives her an opening. Everything that happens next feels like I am watching it in slow motion. To my horror, she grabs his other hand and rips his miraculous off of his finger. As he is transforming back into his unprotected, civilian form, he reaches again for the peacock miraculous. Mayura, desperate to please Hawkmoth, slices the blades of her fan through Chat Noir's torso. He hits the ground with a deafening thud and doesn't move. .... A gut retching scream rips through the air. Accepting New Love
This story is inspired after watching the episode Miracle Queen, this is my take on what I think and want to happen next. (Spoilers in the description if you haven't watched Miracle Queen.) After seeing Adrien and Kagami grow closer and seem to be falling for each Marinette starts to wonder if she should let go of her feelings for Adrien and to move on. As long as Adrien is happy, as long they treat each other right. Though when she cried in Luka's arms she felt a sense of peace while he comforted her. This action opens her eyes on how she truly feels about Luka and that maybe, just maybe she can move on from Adrien. But that isn't the only thing she needs to worry about, now that Master Fu lost his memories and Marinette becomes the new guardian, she needs to take make decisions she never thought she would ever have to face. Author's note: There are probably some grammar mistakes and because of my potato behavior I will NOT be correcting them. But I can assure you, you can still enjoy the story :* ------------------- Running through the streets of Paris, Ladybug quickly searches for a place to hide as her miraculous runs out of powers. Same for ChatNoir. Although, they didn't know that someone was watching... Alya watched Chatnoir turn back into a somewhat shocking revelation. ChatNoir is Adrien!! (LIKE YOU DIDNT KNOW) Sorry breaking 4th wall..... Alya tells her BESTIE Marinette that she discovered who ChatNoir is! But Marinette still chooses not to talk to Adrien and tell him that she is his adored Ladybug. With Marinette acting more and more awkward around ChatNoir, it is even more worse with Adrien himself.
