No one wants to hire a high percentage omega. The heats are dangerous in a public place. 

No one wants to hire a high percentage Alpha. They're run by instinct and are unpredictable and sometimes violent.

So they turn to the Betas, or the low percentages. 

Betas often house Omegas and Alphas, giving them a place to stay in return for help around the house. Some even keep them as trophies or pets.

I'm currently staying in the Manor of a beta. I do the housework while he does scientific research.
