On Christmas Eve, Scott Calvin accidentally causes Santa to fall from his roof and is magically bound by the Santa Clause, forcing him to take on the role despite his disbelief.
As he slowly transforms, his son Charlie Calvin becomes the only one who truly understands what is happening, while their bond is tested by doubt and distance.
When Scott's estranged younger sister, Noelle Calvin, unexpectedly returns after years away, her chaotic reputation and troubled past resurface, revealing a history of reckless behavior, arrests, and a long absence following a breaking point that led to rehab.
Though she claims to have changed, Noelle carries secrets from those missing years and struggles with guilt, identity, and a sense that she has never truly belonged.
As Scott comes to terms with becoming Santa, Noelle is pulled back into a world that seems to recognize her in ways no one else does, hinting that her connection to Christmas may run deeper than anyone realizes.
