Samantha was just sixteen nang malaman niyang ipapakasal siya kay Adrian, ang anak ng bestfriend ng daddy niya. She was a food-loving teenager while Adrian was the star of their school's soccer team and the guy that she loathes. When her father died, she decided to take control of her life kaya't umalis siya ng Pilipinas at hindi na muling nagpakita pa.

Makalipas ang siyam na taon ay bumalik si Samantha, hindi para pakasalan si Adrian kundi para kumbinsihin ang mga magulang nito na hindi na ituloy ang kasal nila. She has made a life of her own and she has found love. Masaya siya at kontento sa piling ni Miles, ang boyfriend niyang nagnanais na pakasalan siya.

Gagawin niya ang lahat para hindi na matuloy ang kasal ni Adrian, kahit na mapanggap pa siya bilang isang personal chef ng mama nito just to convince her to cancel their wedding.
