bakugou is an alpha and deku is an omega, male omegas can get pregnant but it's rare and very hard to do. omegas also have a disability per-say when omegas are in a panic state of mind they are unable easly to stand up for themselves for example:
an alpha has attacked an omega and the omega has entered a state of mind called a kinka it makes the omega listen to the alpha now a kinka can be broken but it is not easly to do.

Quirks are still the same as in the MHA world, and heros and villains are still present. Although in this AU, Deku is quirkless.
