Fearing for his health and life, Mabel tries to help Stan quit his 30+ years smoking habit. At the same time, Mabel must deal with a promise she made to Dipper to overcome her own life threatening bad habit. This story takes place in the Adoption AU, created by Marehami and Keleficent. After the banishment the container hatches and a baby boy is born, so Stanford gives the demon child to his relatives to care for along with their new born baby girl to be raised human. Dipper and Mable's first summer is almost about to end, but Dipper shines some black light over Bill's page and finds out he has a son. With the emotions of betrayal and distrust lingering on him how will he handle what's to come. Now that Bill's back he wants his Son no matter what! And Bill has a way of knowing where he is. This story takes place during the events of the time traveller's pig during Dipper and Mabel's chase through time. Mabel makes a mistake that leaves the twins stranded in a snow storm. The two then discover secrets and revelations they were never meant to know yet. At first, they think there is no harm done, but they soon discover that knowing something too soon can cause consequences in the future and now they must decide if they want to keep the future they have created, or go back to the one they left behind. The questions I asked while making this this story were what if they change the timeline and cause their future to be altered? How do they fix it? How do they forget it?
