your a simple girl and you work in making hero outfits mostly the higher ups but you like to help anyone who needs it. your quirk is simple you can shape light into anything you can imagine, and when it touches someones skin it memories would come back which type depends on your mood, but the light well stick to you if you not your using your quirk, it looks like a bunch of little freckles all over you, and when you use it you can see people's memories and sometimes alter them. One day you had one of your biggest challenge yet making a hero costume for the hero Lemillion or rather Mirio Togata.
