A friend of mine has this book running. It was supposed to be done but her computer crashed, losing the files and progress she had. She's now recalling and rewriting what she can remember. But I doubt she would publish it as she's busy (because unlike me, she has a life).
This is a small tribute some snippets of what I can remember and my own takes of the scenarios the characters would be in.
