Taylor Jordan had always played it safe ever since her older brother, Josh, died just two years earlier. It's her first year in high school and she's turned out to be one of the most well known in her high school. She has her best friend with her every step of the way, her team mates on her soccer and track team. She even has teachers looking out for her.
At a track meet things start to go wrong. She re-meets one of her brothers old friends. Her best friend starts to vanish on her, and she's getting late night visits from her dead brother.
Kidnapped and taken from earth, she learns she's in a place known as Neon. Everything is far from normal. She learns things about her brothers past, one of which he had a twin brother no one knew about. Feeling alone and completely lost in a place that was once a fairy-tale to her, a place where everyone knows her name, she starts to learn the truth of her brother Josh, and new brother Tristan, and just what exactly they went through to keep her safe and alive.
People are after her. She holds the book to keeping Neon apart or together. It's a race to the finish, and only one can survive. Taylor doesn't know the truth, but with the help of her dead brother Josh and the light of the moon, the truth will slowly be revealed, but can it be saved?
