A girl named Lexi wishes for a new beginning as she lives in an Orphanage with a mean Headmistress and the girls at the orphanage aren't any better. Until one day Lexi gets adopted by the cities richest man Bruce Wayne. Will her new life be the one shes been wishing for or will her nightmares and the random noises of screams she hears will keep her from being happy ontop of that the Joker is trying to hunt her down why, no clue. But what happens when a Bat figures out it's not so random, and these teen-aged criminals are not as "bad" as they make themselves out to be? Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. I was a fairly normal girl, growing up in Central City. A city where superheroes and super villains didn't exist... until the particle accelerator exploded. Many people were turned into these metahumans, me being one of them. Likely one of the only changed nine year olds at the time. My parents were both scientists for Star Labs, being two of the many others that died in the blast. Needing to get away, I decided to move to Gotham. A good city to hide in. Maybe it wasn't the best city to move to, but, in the end, I'm glad I did. In the crazy town, I was adopted by the two craziest people there. The Deranged Duo, Harley Quinn and Joker.
