My name is Vince Tablan. I am a Filipino Foreign Exchange Student studying in Japan. In a world of quirks, i am in the 20% of the population. In other words, quirkless. So what? That won't stop me from being a Hero. Who needs a quirk, when i have a knife?
So, yeah. I used my first name for this. (Yes. I did.) That is not my last name btw. Everything written here will be in my point of view. And i'll be using my own personality.
