Patton died on the lawn
Virgil died in the woods
Logan died on the first floor
Roman and Remus died on the fourth floor.

For as long as anyone could remember, there's been an abandoned insane asylum just outside the edge of town, nestled deep in the woods. No one ever goes near it, not even urbex explorers or vandals. It's even rumoured to have its own demon.
