Why, you might ask? It's rather simple, really...it's because this particular devil fruit only appears once every 1,000 years! The last time it appeared in the world, the world government had not yet been formed. And now...after a millennium of waiting and wondering...it has appeared again.
What will await the future of the one who is fortunate...or perhaps unfortunate enough to find such a rarity? Will fate be kind enough to grant its user a comfortable life? Or does fate have other plans for this young devil fruit user?
