Y/N had been best friends with Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski since she met them in first grade. Always being closer to Stiles and his father, it was Noah Stilinski's first instinct to take her in when her father passed away.

After the Nogitsune, Stiles suffers alone and quietly. He doesn't talk, eat, or sleep, and nobody really notices, especially Scott. He is ignored, pushed out of the pack, and barely hanging on.
