"Come here." They say, their voice low and calm. He hesitates, unsure if listening to the creature was a good idea. Part of him wanted to, they had fight together, got hurt together, destroyed together. He wanted something else than that. He wished that he could take their hand. 

Their scales where piercing their skin. Kellvz didn't once see the creature shift. He wasn't sure of what was a good idea and what was a bad one. So he took the step. Shifting too. 

"I am not running away." He said, the flakes in his eyes fading a bit. Only the blue, the dark blue of his eyes was present. Shinning and turning darker but never black. 

He wasn't running away. 


In a world of gods, spirits and moons. Kellvz is a creature of the ocean whose life changed on on a red moon night. He was made of scales, salty water, magic and black blood. He was cursed by fate.  Téfra was a pirate, they have not always been one. Their dark hair and silver eyes hided a past they didn't have the strength to face. They were ash, they were cold, but it could change. It could burn again. Kellvz would bring it back.All Rights Reserved

"Well, what do we have 'ere?" A hoarse voice stated above me, making my eyes glaze upward in the direction of the culprit, only to freeze at the icy, crystallized irises of the owner. There, above me, was the man I saved, looking insanely at me with crazed eyes and a mocking tone. His hair was stuck on his forehead and the smudged eyeliner created a trace of dark lining on his face, making him look hauntingly. The man gazed at my form in amazement and wonder before they captured mine again, sending an icy cold sensation coursing through my vein, making me shiver. He was frightening and breathtaking at the same time. "A mermaid, aye?" he questioned as his gaze trailed down the length of my body. Grabbing my arms with one hand, he caressed my face gently, his thumb grazing my parted lips before they went below my hair twirling a single piece. I struggled from underneath him when he let the hair graze my breast underneath my blackened hair. Grinning at me madly, my eyes narrowed distastefully as his hand touched my crimson scales, stroking the tail almost lovingly. "Is this how you repay your saviour, pirate?"

I had been running for what felt like hours. My legs were burning, and I knew my body was about to give out. The tears that had long since dried still clung to my face. I was covered in bruises and cuts from tearing through the forest. Everything hurt-not just my body, but my heart as well. Just hours ago, I was at a motel with my mom, arguing about dinner, and now she was gone. She killed herself to protect me. That's what I keep telling myself, but deep down, I know it's not true. I don't know how to explain it but it felt as though my brain was tearing in two, like my head was cracking open. When the pain stopped, I found myself surrounded by wolves, the shifted pups. "What the hell?" I took a step closer to the mirror, staring at my reflection in disbelief. The person looking back was still me, but at the same time it wasn't. I had the same thick, dark, curly hair. The same hazel eyes. The same olive skin with a light dusting of freckles (ugh) scattered across the bridge of my nose. But my curls were now streaked with highlights. And not the subtle, golden-brown ones that sometimes appeared during the summer. My skinny arms-which had always refused to gain any definition no matter how hard I exercised-were lined with flat, wiry muscles. My bony shoulders were now curved and smooth. My scrawny legs were toned like a dancer. I reached down and lifted my shirt, revealing two subtle lines running vertically down my perfectly flat stomach, hinting at the rock-hard abs underneath. My whole body was rippling with strength. Like liquid steel.
