The Royal Family was wiped out two decades ago by a rogue, leaving behind chaos and a supposed curse in the werewolf world.

Out of nowhere, an orphan wolf named Fenris, who's troubled about his own past, claims her as his true mate but she doesn't believe him, calls him a lunatic and rejects him. Being heartbroken and with the urge to run away, Sierra ends up getting kidnapped and almost gets added to the list of female-wolf killings that are happening around the school when Fenris saves her.

The mystery of Sierra, his mate getting kidnapped and being referred to as a special wolf by the rogues, along with the undeniable connection of these events to his past, makes Fenris's hackles rise but he cannot help her without his questions being answered.

Disheartened for not being given a chance by his mate and in desperate need to get answers about his past, about his parents, his pack, Fenris sets out to discover his past so that he can protect his mate.

In this journey, will Sierra come to love Fenris and accept him or will she continue fighting his claim and end up in the claws of the rogue who's waiting to end the last of the Royal family's heir?
