Sweet Nothing's

It's 1957 and when Maude Mabel's parent's find out she's gotten herself pregnant by her ex boyfriend, they're furious. And in a time when sex is taboo, they're the first ones to shame her, and kick her out of they're house. Forced to live with her strict and distant 'Auntie' in a small town boarding Lake Superior, Maude lives a gloomy and shallow life, that doesn't improve much when she looses the baby. Still banned from going home, and branded a slut by the local teens, Maude learns she's going to have to face the worst year of her high school career (and maybe her life) under the radar the bast she can. But Maude's not the only one trying to go unnoticed. In fact there are other nothings lurking through high school as it turns out.
