Esperanza Sawquinn never wanted to get in touch with her in-laws nor even returning at England after all the years she had undergone of torture and sufferings with them in there. But after her in-laws mysteriously murdered years after, Wilhelm IV and Esperanza Sawquinn, a contented married couple, flew all the way from the Philippines with their 3 young girls to take over and continue the family's reign while the investigation into the crime continues to resolve.

Despite how Esperanza loathes the feeling of being in the presence of where her trauma spurted, she is still determined to cope with it as she starts a new chapter of her life with her family. But how can Esperanza cope when fear becomes a hurdle and the ghosts of the pasts lingers within the walls haunt her as each passing day becomes a burden to her? Even in the absence and death, it never ends. Yet out of all, it only preys on her, could it be something from Esperanza correlates to the death of her in-laws?
