Conflict Of Interest

Gage Thomas has everything... Looks, Talent, Money. He's on top of the world. He is the U.S.A.'s most eligible bachelor. Even though he's a cocky asshole. He has never been in love before her and now he will do anything to hold on to this new amazing feeling.

Dare Williams grew up with very little. She is selfless and never complains when she doesn't get something. She works hard but doesn't get much in return. With little going for her she lands a job as an assistant for Thomas Industries.

Dare has felt love before, or so she thinks...that love lead her to nothing but pain. The immediate connection she shares with Gage scares her, she doesn't want to end up like she was the first time. Heartbroken and in a puddle of her own blood and tears. She tells herself she will ignore this connection at all costs.

With a wedding comes an open bar, and with heavy drinking comes mistakes and a headache.

It seems that both Dare and Gage have the same idea when they meet unexpectedly at the bar. Gage is baffled and intrigued by Dare for she doesn't know who he is nor does she care. Dare on the other hand can't wait to get away from him with his cheesy compliments and pickup lines.

Immediately taking a dislike to him she thanks the heavens she never has to see him again. Though she is in for a rude awakening when she wakes up next to Gage without her clothes. A hushed escape and a week later, Dare moves on from that night; sure that she would never see him again after their steamy one night encounter...only to see him at work a couple days later.

After all, anything can happen when there is a CONFLICT OF INTEREST involved.
