This story is about planet Earth, Where people with special abilities exist also known as "Abnormals".The origin of their "Super Powers" is unknown to the world and many use it to do illegal and criminal activities thus making them villains in the eyes of society, humans came together to fight against them also by using the so called "Super powers" , technology and many other things to keep the world safe.Till the 19th century many organizations had come into existence,The largest organization is known as "The World Order" A gathering of "Abnormals" with the purpose of maintaining World Peace. it consists of Ranks; Rank C,B,A,S and X; Rank X's powers cannot be measured by the current technology.
Out of many Illegal Organizations that is a gathering of "Abnormals", there's an Illegal Organization made and handled by some younglings to fend of evil and false justice.

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. The Splice of The Realms
In a world divided into four groups, there is a role for everyone. Every group has their own realm found in each corner of the country they share. The top right corner has the largest population. There lives the people of the Mystery Realm (M.R.) They're the police force, detectives and prosecutors. They're the only realm which carries weapons of any kind. However, they don't kill. While they do value law and order, they don't like violence and tend to avoid it. The bottom left corner has the second largest population. The people there are born with unique powers. They're called the Supernatural Realm (S.R.) They tend to be optimistic and stubborn. They value relationships and would do anything to keep the people they love safe. The top left and bottom right corners are tied in regards to population, however, that is the only thing they share in common. These two realms couldn't be more different. In the top left corner is the society of the Technologically Enhanced Realm (T.E.R.) The people here develop technology the other realms could only dream of. They don't socialize with others and tend to keep to themselves. They understand complex equations and theories, however, they have a hard time understanding human emotion. Finally, in the bottom right corner lives the peaceful and happy people of the Primitive Harmony Realm (P.H.R.) The people here lead a simple life and believe in nature and its gifts. Because of that, they were blessed with healing abilities and elemental gifts. Additionally, the herbs they grow are just as magical as the people themselves. Their carefree and charismatic tendencies cause them to always believe the best in people, even when they shouldn't.
