What you have before you is the up-to-date collection of any and all original, short horror fiction written by me, Anthony Catino (aka "monochromechoes"). Some of these stories were conceived as twitterfiction, and others were just born onto paper with nothing but a pencil and my overactive imagination. To lend a bit more clarity to some of the chapters herein, allow me to provide the following descriptions:

"Strange Micro Fiction" are self-contained short stories, written for Twitter, and told in 140-characters or just shy of it. Each volume collects ten of these stories at a time.

"Incremental Interludes" are a bit of a dark blot on my writing record. These stories are written in three parts, with the first told in six words, the second told in ten words, and the third told in twenty-five words exactly. Each of these were written when my bipolarity gets the better of me very late at night.

I hope you enjoy keeping up with my works as much as I enjoy writing them.All Rights Reserved

What would you do if you found out your boss is using dark magic and alchemy to make their food more addictive? In this tomb of fiction, the darker corners of the human phyce are explored. The tales may be tall and unyieldingly dark, but the horrors that are dreamt of are only too real. When you hear the voice of the Wyndigo screaming into the night, remember that even if you don't believe the myths, the tribes of humans who went mad with starvation were all too real. As long as the mind exists, there will be ways for it to break, but some logic only makes sense to the broken mind. So, I would like to be the first to welcome you to the broken recesses of my own mind. May you walk away with the lightest of scathing. If you don't need therapy, you will. If you do need therapy, you'll question your therapist.

The Road to Paradise by Ravenshuliet

This book has a bunch of poems that have bits and pieces of my life in them. I write whatever comes to mind, and it usually makes sense. But everything has a hidden meaning. Of course, some of it is random, but it all comes together (plus I like to have fun). Every time I write a new poem I put it in order with the other poems- I have my book written in a specific order with different topics clustered together. The beginning is more sad, written with poems about tragedy, lost love, and mental illness. Towards the middle there are some poems that focus more on make believe. Further into the book the topics lean mostly into feelings of romance and belonging. I hope you enjoy all that I have written in this book (or at least some of it!).

The Darkness of Light by luclelsea

This is just a collection of thriller, horror and mystery (short) stories. Some of them may be related, but they will mostly be one shots. Enjoy! [TW: blood, violence (and so on...)] Additional information: -There will be no regular updates. New stories will be added once in a blue moon. -These stories are written in so many various contexts and rarely read again with the necessary attention. Hence, I hereby ask for forgiveness for all the eventual grammar aberrations and unexplainable incoherences you may find. -Needless to say, everything you are going to read is pure fiction (or so it has been said).
