Born as an outsider, (Y/N) was born right on the southeastern border of the Empire in a large town. But with no family or friends, he grew up as homeless orphan, doing whatever to survive. This eventually lead to him fleeing his homeland and living a life in the wilderness with nothing but rags for clothes, a silver urn, and an Imperial Arms with enough power to cause an apocalypse all on its own. This lasted for a few years before he managed to stumble into the Empire's Capital, AKA the Imperial Capital. His first few months weren't much different his earliest days back in his homeland aside that the Empire was much larger and he was much older, larger, wiser and powerful. Without much of an option, (Y/N) quickly turned to a life of criminal activity, leeching off the more corrupt members of society. This would end up in a lot of deaths and the attention of something more than just one man, the Imperial Army. One fateful encounter with an Imperial Officer lead to his capture and being taken into custody. One conversation with the Empire's Minister later and he now served for the Imperial Army directly under the Minister as the "Right Hand Man". After a few months of service, (Y/N) quickly saw that not only the Army was corrupt, but the Empire as a whole. The monsters that people feared most didn't live in the wilderness, but were disguised as people. One day, (Y/N) made a vow: To bring the Revolution. And he would do by any means necessary. However, two things will complicate this process. Night Raid, a group of revolutionary assassins who serve the people and have the same ultimate goal as (Y/N). Esdeath, a general who hails from the northern frontier and is proclaimed as the Empire's Strongest. But (Y/N) didn't expect this to be an easy road. Nothing in his life had ever come easy. But with his goal in mind, his mentality became simple. Anyone that stood in his way will Fade To Black.

I thought I had died on my way home from work and that the gods had blessed me with a loving father in the afterlife. I was ready to accept that where I now stood was simply an illusion-an afterlife crafted just for me. How could I have known that my soul had traveled to another world? A world inside a book. I must have sinned greatly for the gods to abandon me, leaving me in this hellish place where I have to fight for my life every single day. I have no cousins who see me as family, no mother I can depend on. My home is filled with two-faced faes, and to make matters worse, my father's favorite general has taken it upon herself to act as some kind of mother figure, filled with hatred. The woman whose body I now possess was supposed to be dead. My death should have been the breaking point for my loving father-the event that turned him into a cruel, evil villain for the protagonist to defeat over 100 years later. Now, I am trapped in the book series I had read only because my friend loved it. And I can barely recall key details because I never bothered to read it carefully. It was already a horrible story riddled with many plot holes. And being stuck in it? It's even worse-especially as someone who wasn't even mentioned in the book because she was supposed to die early on. ~.~ This is a transmigration ACOTAR story set before Amarantha was sent as an emissary to Prythian. While the war over slavery has already occurred, I've altered the timeline and some details about the war's history. I also dislike the trope of a "truly evil" villain whose sole purpose is to justify the plot of a war or the extension of a series. With this story, I want to give the villain a backstory-a name and depth-saving him from the same mediocre depiction of a tyrant.

"In every age and every time, the only constant is the capacity for change." The following tales follow those who fight for and against change and why they laid down their lives for their causes. The first story, Dance of Gunpowder and Ink, follows the story of Adelmar Athanaric and Lothar de Sven as they fight for and against the reforms that their kingdom needs to survive. However, it isn't just the story of these two men, but the story of a nation and how it changes and grows to adapt to changing times. The second, Chosen of Emptiness, follows Isidore, the sixth member of the hero's party, as he uncovers the disturbing secrets at the heart of his world. Through his journey both with the great heroes of the age and alone, he sees all the wonders and horrors the world has. As he learns more and more, the knowledge will force him and the entire world to change and create a new world. The third, Dual Diaries of the Revolution, follows Aleksander Meliton, a revolutionary against an oppressive empire and Ilja Arseniy, a member of the secret police who strives to maintain order in a chaotic time. Both these men will come to embody the times that they live in and the broader forces at play in society. When the dust settles after the conflict, who will decide who was right and wrong? Finally, the fourth, Synthetic Dreams, follows the story of Alcides Flores, a mercenary in a cyberpunk city trying to scrape by‌ doing with what little he has. Soon he meets a young idol singer and vows to help her stay free from her oppressive family. But because of this and him reconnecting with past friends, he gets dragged into a grand conspiracy involving the two biggest corporations in the city, with no way out. Revan, Jedi Knight, Saviour, Hero of the Republic. Those titles meant nothing now. He was no one now. On the run, hunted, the weight of failure crushing him. In hiding, he watched as the Empire rose, as the galaxy fell into darkness, as the few remaining Jedi, scattered and alone, fought a losing battle. He had failed them all. He wandered the galaxy, a broken man. The Empire's grip tightened, its tendrils of control and fear spreading ever wider. He watched as worlds fell, their populations crushed under the heel of the Emperor's boot. He knew he could do nothing to stop it. He was nothing but a failure, a shadow of his former self. He failed everybody who ever believed in him, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Padme, Riyo... and Anakin. The thought of him brought a bitter taste to his mouth. He had failed his brother. He had watched as Anakin had fallen, had become Darth Vader, had slaughtered younglings, had led the Empire to the brink of absolute dominance. And still, he felt his presence still in the galaxy, a dark specter haunting him. He found himself a backwater planet, a world far from the front lines of the war, named Deralia. It was a a remote planet approximately a hundred light years beyond the Outer Rim. The locals were a hardy, independent lot. But this was the start of Revan's new journey, the solace and simple life was not to last. His old nature in protecting the innocent would be his downfall. But... you'll have to find out more by reading, Star Wars: Revan - Book 2: The Dark Times.

Beatrix: The Lost Noble

Wanna know something that maybe Diabolik lovers creator didn't approve ? Born into a noble family, Beatrix was expected to follow the strict rules of high society, where men held power, and women were seen as mere ornaments. However, she refused to conform. Unlike the other noblewomen, Beatrix possessed remarkable intelligence and a sharp mind, earning admiration from some and disdain from others. The townspeople whispered behind her back, calling her "dirty noble" or "dirty-mud-ball" simply because she dared to be different. But Beatrix had no interest in their approval-her only goal was to find her missing older sister and escape the suffocating town that refused to accept her. Little did she know, her journey would lead her into the path of Karlheinz, a man who was far more than he appeared. Their fated meeting would set in motion events that would change the course of her life-and the supernatural world-forever. A/N: Set in 1884, during the Victorian era. Since Beatrix from Diabolik Lovers has no backstory, I will create one for her. It may not be entirely accurate, but I wanted to explore how she met Karlheinz and how everything happened. 📜 THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL ©️ : Rejet
