If you have ever felt depressed, sad, lonely, like giving up, that you are not enough, angry, that you are not beautiful and any other emotion that you could possibly think of..I would highly suggest you read this. It gives a voice to so many...to those that have so many raw and burning feelings within us, but never choose to express it. This book is filled with poems that will make you think, wonder, and maybe even cause you to have a new insight or outlook on life.
