What happens when Barry Allen's younger sister Ruby Allen moves to Gotham to get a fresh start as a hero and to finally figure out who she is. Best friend of the Kryptonian Kara Danvers, and the hero Killer Frost or Caitlin Snow. What happens when she moves to Gotham with the life she has a meta-human with the powers of Dance fighter, enchanced senses and then absorbing powers.

Known as the hero of Central City named Dark Rouge. For four years she has been helping team flash fight crimes while trying to figure out who she was. And what she was missing, so when she heard the bat was gone in Gotham she moved to Gotham after Elseworlds.

When she moved there she learned she wasn't alone in Gotham. When she meets the new bat she is questioning the figure as she also is an outcast in a city with rules. But what happens when she meets who the bat and meets who Kate Kane is and gets sucked into the crazy life of Kate Kane.

Can she hold on to the thing she finds in Gotham, or will she go down the rabbit hole and return home with nothing more than being broken.
