In the Kingdom of Shadowspire, Runa Shade is a princess who doesn't want to be one. She would much rather be swordfighting in her free time against imaginary villains.  She gets the chance unfortunately when her birthday ball is crashed by a mysterious woman with deadly intentions. Runa and her newfound friends escape just barely and soon learn the reason for the woman's arrival: A long awaited prophecy has been foretold and the day has come for the woman to rise up....and not just her. Three Daughters have risen as well. One of Creation....One of Light....and One of Darkness. Each came into their own respective powers on their 16th birthday. But their power has yet to awaken inside of them nor is it  strong enough to stop the woman. They will have to go on a quest to find the items that will strengthen them and stop her. As her comrades continue to do actions that suggest them to be the Daughters of Light and Creation, Runa will have to prove to her comrades and to herself that she is not the Daughter of Darkness. She will not leave chaos and ruin. But as she faces criticism from others around her and even herself, giving in to her devious dark side seems more tempting then ever.
