A retired Kobold Bard named Jorm is called to a distant kingdom to perform for a king coronation a few weeks ago. The city is lively, with races unseen by Jorm in his homeland, such as the Avali, a race of fluffy, feathery people who are more musically inclined with their four ears. However, when Jorm attends a party thrown by King Ivgan, he becomes disillusioned with the kingdom he finds himself in. When he witnesses a horrific scene, Jorm elects to rescue the captive slave Volvuntur and the two try to escape the wrath of King Ivgan. Will they be able to outrun death? And there might be more than just Ivgan to fear hidden in the shadows of the palace...

A story of a young witch who gains the power to control and strike fear into these chaos beast drive on the path of madness. Searching for answers that are beyond her reach, searching for a way to survive her own world of chaos. What path will she choose?

Dragons roam the outskirts of the city, offering a glimpse of hope for the people of the city. Some powerful beasts oppose the forces of hell.
