Its said that The Masked Man has already killed seven people in a month. The police are trying everything to catch this guy but no success so far. One day 18 year old Chloe Josey goes missing, and three day later her sister Layla gets taken away right in front of her mothers eyes. Remember 'The Masked Man' is still free.
