What? (Why? Sequel Sasuke love)

It has been a few years since I told readers that I will be writing a part 2 to my Sasu/Oc fanfic. I am very well aware how similar my oc is to the characterization of Sasuke, but this story will be changing that. Yes I will be struggling to remember all my previous oc side characters.
"I was falling. I couldn't hold my body up any longer and I just fell off the edge of the bridge. I was falling. Anticipating the water engulf my body. But it didn't. I felt my body land in what felt like arms. I succumbed to the calling of sleep.
I wake up to the sight of a very bright light. I try to speak, but I start a coughing fit. Well, I'm not dead. At that thought, I got a splitting headache. "Oh. You're awake." I panic at the voice and get up, ignoring the pain shooting through my body. "Come on now. You don't want to do that." It's a woman. "If you want to die, by all means, resist." Oh yeah? What makes you think I can trust you?
"What am I doing here? I should be dead at the bottom of the river. Why bring me here? ... And who are you?" I ramble ...
" ... My name is ... . I am ... . You are at our main base." The ... lady calmly, but vexed, answered my questions.
This is when my vision goes red. Shit! Did I reopen a wound? I begin panicking once more, but she rushes to place me back on her table of death. I black out again.
-2 hours later-
I didn't wake up on an uncomfortable table this time. Instead, I woke in a bed. I remembered the events from before with that lady. What was her name again? Ugh. I'll have to ask her again, or observe any other people that mention her name. Did she say something about ... having anything to do with me? I don't recall..."

Sakura was on the very same bench Sasuke has left her. Crying with such sorrowful tears that it quickly saddened her surroundings. She was crying for her teammate, the very teammate now considered as a S-rank criminal. Sasuke Uchiha. She hated the name to be mentioned by her friends even it was only to reminisce those fun times they had together. "Why?" she cried. "Don't make this any harder than it has to be, Sakura." I swallowed hard, my body shaking. I can't believe this is actually happening. Who knew that it will actually end up like this? I knew that I have to save Naruto and Sasuke-kun so that we could run away and hide before it's too late. "I-I'm not opening the door." I took a step backwards, looking at the kitchen. There was a knife on the counter, I needed it. If he is going to break inside, I have to fight back in order to get out of here. I quickly get it and face the door once again. I take a deep breath and tighten the grip on the knife's handle. There was one big question that kept running inside my mind over and over again. When will this nightmare end? Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto suddenly found themselves stuck in their own "ideal world"; a world with no chakra, ninjas, wars and just peace, tranquility and happiness. Their loved ones who were once dead are alive and the place they called home is back to normal again. Everything seems perfect, right? Wrong. They soon find out the person who has trapped them in that world is out to kill them. What's worse is that he won't stop at nothing until they're dead and they don't even have chakra to fight back.
